Raleigh Hampton, of Bridgeport, was arrested around 7 p.m. Friday after members of the Stamford Police Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit made arrangements to make an undercover buy at the McDonald's on East Main Street, according to Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
When Hampton pulled into the parking lot members of the unit moved in and took him into custody without incident, Conklin said.
A search of Hampton turned up 10 bundles or 100 bags of heroin that also contained fentanyl in a cigarette box, he added.
A passenger in the car, Raymond Lopez, 41, also of Bridgeport, was arrested for allegedly possessing 3.5 grams of powder cocaine, almost an ounce of marijuana and $937 in cash, Conklin said.
Hampton was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and sales of narcotics. Lopez was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
Hampton is being held $25,000 court appearance bond. Lopez is being held on $10,000 bond.
